Cancellation for refund requires 2 weeks advance notice. 15% charged as cancellation fee. Funds for reservations cancelled within 2 weeks of scheduled arrival will be forfeit. Dogs and ALL pets must be leashed at ALL time. Any incident related to pet is pet owner’s responsibility and Kinbasket Lake Resort does NOT assume any responsibility to any pet related incident. We cannot accept any Reservation request without agreeing to this policy. Consider this is a binding agreement.
